Renaissance Chicago Hotel Names Anthony Camillo as New Food and Beverage Director
Chicago, IL (PRWeb) March 11, 2007 -- Renaissance Chicago Hotel is proud to welcome new Food and Beverage Director, Anthony Camillo to the downtown property.

Camillo brings over 18 years of experience with Marriott International to the Renaissance and its Chicago café restaurant. His positions have included: Executive Chef at Marriott Seaview Resort and Spa, Executive Chef at Marriott Fairview Park in Falls Church, VA, Director of Event Operations at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel and Director of Restaurant Operations at Fairview Park Marriott.
Camillo was born in San Diego, California and raised on the New Jersey Shore, where his passion for culinary arts was formed at an early age. He began his culinary career at the Atlantic Community College (ACC) and then continued his education with classes at Culinary Institute of America. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys water sports, skiing and traveling.
